Edoardo Cignoli : Spirit Aero Recruits Ousted Lockheed Exec To Board

Chris Kubasik was named a board member Tuesday of Spirit AeroSystems Inc. A little more than a year ago, Mr. Kubasik was forced to resign as CEO-elect of Lockheed Martin Corp.
