Edoardo Cignoli : Lenovo to Buy IBM Server Business

Lenovo Group said it has agreed to buy IBM's low-end server business for $2.3 billion in cash and stock, as the Chinese personal-computer maker tries to expand its business for corporate clients beyond office PCs.
