Edoardo Cignoli : Suncor's Profit Rises 36%

Suncor Energy, Canada's largest oil-sands producer, said first-quarter profit rose by more than one-third on the year as a result of a weakening in the Canadian currency against the U.S. dollar and higher prices for its crude.
