Airstrikes Have Killed About 6,000 Islamic Militants, U.S. Says

The U.S.-led military campaign against Islamic State Forces in Iraq and Syria has killed approximately 6,000 members of the militant group since airstrikes began last summer, U.S. Central Command officials said.
