Brazil Judge in Batista Trial Removed

A court in Rio de Janeiro on Thursday removed the judge presiding over the criminal trial of businessman Eike Batista for allegedly driving a Porsche Cayenne he ordered seized from the former billionaire, according to an appeals court spokesman.
