Edoardo Cignoli : Etisalat, Vivendi Reach Maroc Telecom Deal

Abu Dhabi's Etisalat said it signed a share-purchase agreement with Vivendi to pay $5.3 billion for the French conglomerate's 53% stake in Maroc Telecom.
