Russia Gives Nod to Kiev's New Government

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Moscow was prepared to talk to presumed presidential election winner Petro Poroshenko, a turnaround from its previous refusal to talk to the government in Kiev which it has been calling illegitimate.
