Edoardo Cignoli : Dynegy to Buy $6.25 Billion in Assets

Dynegy has agreed to pay $6.25 billion to buy 12,500 megawatts of coal and gas generation assets from Duke Energy and Energy Capital Partners, a deal that will nearly double its portfolio.
