Edoardo Cignoli : Canadian Pipeline Operator to Buy Western U.S. Natural Gas Pipe

Canadian pipeline operator Veresen Inc. said Monday that it has reached a $1.43 billion agreement with Global Infrastructure Partners for that company's 50% stake in a Western U.S. natural gas pipeline.
