Islamic State Executes Japanese Hostage, Video Claims

Islamic State executed one of its two Japanese hostages, according to a video released Saturday on social media linked to the militant group. Japan’s cabinet secretary called it “an utterly unacceptable act” and demanded the safe release of the other hostage.
