Dutch-Led Probe of MH17 Crash Says Missile Launch is Primary Theory

The Dutch-led probe into last year’s downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 announced that its primary theory is that a Buk surface-to-air missile launched from rebel-held Ukrainian territory was responsible.
